Powerful Trending Moving Average Indicator

Now I will discuss the moving average indicator is for beginners that works very well in trending markets. This indicator is based on the moving averages and it’s very easy to trade retracements from these levels. It consists of many moving averages that look like a ribbon.

This moving average trading strategy helps traders to understand the reaction from this ribbon. This ribbon works much better than the normal support and resistance. It provides us with the key retracements from this green and red ribbon.

BUY SIGNAL:

It is always better not to trade the first green signal. You first wait for the ribbon to change its color to green and give a buy signal. Once it shows a buy signal and then trade the second buy signal from the green ribbon.

SELL SIGNAL:

Once the ribbon turns into a red color and generates the first sell signal. It is better to wait here. On the next sell signal from the red ribbon, you can execute your trade.

Grey Color:

The grey color in the ribbon means that the trend can change and it’s a sign to wait.

Note:

This indicator is highly profitable in trending markets. To trade this indicator and get the best benefit you should use it in vertically up and vertically down markets. It is not suitable for ranging markets.
